  • Parts & Workmanship - We warranty our workmanship for 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first. We do not warranty parts. Parts Manufacturers warranty their products through our suppliers.

  • Warranty Limitations - All warranties are immediately rendered null and void if the vehicle is used for racing, abused in a manner inconsistent with its design and intended purpose, or modified or tampered with by anyone, including the vehicle's owner.

Custom Fabrication

  • Workmanship & Materials - We warranty all custom fabricated parts and materials for 12 months from the invoice date.

  • Warranty Limitations - All warranties are immediately rendered null and void if the fabricated part is abused in a manner inconsistent with its design and intended purpose, or modified or tampered with by anyone, including the vehicle's owner.

Drivetrain Disclaimer

  • For quicker turnaround, we always prefer to purchase a Ready To Run engine assembly and transmission for your application.

  • Warranty Disclaimer: NO WARRANTY ON RACE ENGINES or engines used in races and/or off-road competition. There is no warranty stated or implied due to the unusual stresses placed on racing parts and because we have no control over how they are used. Diligent Speed Shop will not be held liable for any failure or damage caused directly or indirectly from use of this engine. The use of this engine shall be conclusive evidence that the user assumes full responsibility for any damage caused directly or indirectly by their use.

  • Coverage: In the event where Diligent Speed Shop assembles your engine, it is warranted exclusively against defective workmanship by Diligent Speed Shop. Each individual part is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty only. The manufacturer’s warranty does not cover other parts damaged or any other consequential damage as a result of their failure. This warranty does not cover problems caused by abuse, abnormal combustion, dirt, lack of lube, overheating, components not supplied by Diligent Speed Shop, poor fuel quality or any improper tuning/ maintenance. There is no reimbursement for towing, rental vehicles, or any other consequential damages.
